The story of Umberto Cesari is born in the heart of Emilia-Romagna more than 50 harvests ago.

Among the first in Emilia Romagna to believe in the great potential of native vines, Umberto Cesari managed over the years to make them known in Italy and abroad, so much so that he is considered an ambassador of Sangiovese in the world.

The 355 hectares of vineyards located on the hills of Castel San Pietro Terme are managed according to the principles of sustainable viticulture with respect for tradition and the environment.

Borgo Molino was founded in 1922 and, since then, is owned by the Nardin family. Today it cultivates two hundred hectares, between the hills of Valdobbiadene, Asolo, eastern Veneto and western Friuli. In its wines you can taste an oenological heritage of ancient agricultural tradition, spirit of a lyrical landscape, where human ingenuity, water, earth and sun are in constant dialogue.
